All new prospective patients must apply for an initial phone consultation, which is free of charge.
During this call you will have a brief one-on-one conversation regarding the history of your condition, health goals and a brief overview of what your treatment plan will entail.
This is to ensure that you are a good candidate for treatment at the clinic and that you are familiar and comfortable with our approaches and care plans.
At the conclusion of your free consultation, you will have the opportunity to schedule your first visit with us, which will include a full assessment and initial appointment, possible options may be in-office or via telehealth.
At your intake, our clinician will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may include acupuncture, herbal medicine and dietary and lifestyle changes to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
Once you submit your consultation request, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to set up your call.

After your conversation, you will have the opportunity to schedule your initial assessment and first acupuncture appointment with us. At your new patient assessment and acupuncture appointment, our clinician will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and administer your first Firefly acupuncture treatment.
(Initial assessments and Consultations without acupuncture are also available, please schedule an initial assessment and herbal consult for those appointments.)

Initial Assessment and Acupuncture $165
New patients will receive a comprehensive health assessment followed by an acupuncture treatment. You will be given a personalized treatment plan to ensure you have a clear road map toward your health goals. Your plan may include acupuncture, botanical medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations and gasotransmitter therapy.
Herbal formulas are administered in the form of warm medicinal teas, capsules and foot soaks.
Follow Up Acupuncture Visit $95
A brief update and review with an acupuncture session and herbal therapy recommendations as needed.
We may also suggest other holistic techniques, lifestyle changes and nutritional education as you move through your treatment plan.

We offer safe plant-based therapy and the highest quality herbs from selected vendors that guarantee no heavy metals or pesticides and rigorous testing of their herbal products. Herbal formulas are administered in the form of warm medicinal teas, capsules, liquids, and foot soaks.
Follow Up Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation $80

A brief update and review of your herbal therapy treatment plan in the office or via Telehealth video call. We may also suggest other holistic techniques, lifestyle changes, gasotransmitter therapy, and nutritional education throughout your care plan.
We offer safe plant-based therapy and the highest quality herbs from selected vendors that guarantee no heavy metals or pesticides and rigorous testing of their herbal products. Herbal formulas are administered in the form of warm medicinal teas, capsules and foot soaks.
Dosing is also carefully managed and may be picked up or mailed out.
A traditional form of alternative medicine in which therapeutic cups are applied to the skin to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation & well-being.
Our in-clinic Cupping sessions are 30 minutes.
Botanical Foot Soak $40
Our Botanical Foot Soak is a relaxing as well as healing experience. This method of trans-dermal herbal delivery is helpful with chronic inflammatory issues, alleviating pain and increases circulation.
The soaks are designed to be done in a series. The foot soaks may be a stand alone treatment or part of your personalized treatment plan.
Our in clinic foot soak sessions are 30 minutes.

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are cumulative therapies.
Unless you have a new or acute issue arise, you will need to consistently move through your prescribed treatment plan, series of treatments close together, to gain relief, feel better and
maintain improvement of your condition.
We understand and appreciate the individual dedication needed to reach your immediate
and long term health and wellness goals.
Therefore, Treatment Packages are encouraged and available to help you throughout your healing process. Making this commitment to yourself and your health will allow you to book your prescribed sessions in a way that provides the most efficient and best results possible.

Some insurance policies cover acupuncture for certain conditions and, although we don’t process insurance in our office, we are able to provide you with a receipt that has the correct billing codes on it.
